We started our journey from Ahmedabad early morning and reached Saputara, Gujarat’s only hill station, just in time to enjoy the monsoon magic.

Our first stop was the famous Gira Waterfall – the water gushing from the hills, mist in the air, and greenery all around made for a picture-perfect start.
🏕️ Tented Stay & Sunset Trek
Post waterfall, we reached our tent site, freshened up, and went for an evening trek to Sunset Point. The view from the top was breathtaking as the sun slowly disappeared behind the misty mountains.

In the evening, we explored Saputara’s local market and the peaceful Saputara Lake. After a delicious dinner, we enjoyed a lively Garba night under the stars – it felt like a mini festive celebration!
🌄 Day 2: Trekking to Heaven – Governor Hill
We started early with a healthy breakfast and got ready for the Governor Hill Trek. It’s a 14 km trek (7 km one way), but trust me – it didn’t feel tiring at all.

With clouds floating around, the cold breeze, and lush greenery, it honestly felt like walking through heaven. The monsoon makes everything look magical!
